Kurt is recognized as one of the premier environmental due diligence professionals in the Gulf Coast and Midwest regions. With 30 years of experience, he possesses an expert knowledge of the standards for conducting various levels of environmental site assessments (ESAs), as well as an understanding of the various risk-based state remediation standards, such Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) and the Louisana Risk Evaluation/Corrective Action Program (RECAP). Kurt is a licensed professional geologist in Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, and Wyoming and is an AIPG certified professional geologist.

Michael Powell, P.G.
Michael is a geologist with over 30 years of experience working in the oil and energy industries and as an environmental consultant. His environmental skill set includes oil and gas field assessment when he held positions as an exploration manager for various petroleum companies, and oil-field services facility assessment and commercial properties assessment while he was employed as an environmental consultant for 3D. Michael is a licensed professional geologist in Texas, an AIPG certified professional geologist and current president of the AIPG Oklahoma section.
